LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say a man broke into the New Albany, Ind., national guard armory and stole more than $10,000 worth of equipment.

Tasers, pepper spray and other police and military items were part of the thief's haul, which he then tried to sell on the internet -- according to state police.

Cody Profitt is facing theft charges in connection to the stolen items. Officials say he took the items from the Ind. National Guard armory in New Albany in November of last year, then tried to sell the items on various social media sites.

Police are still searching for several items that have not been recovered.

Anyone with information on the missing items is asked to call Indiana State Police at Sellersburg.
