LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) – Brandon Finnegan made his debut with the Louisville Bats Thursday, striking out four in Louisville’s 3-2 come from behind win over Charlotte.

Finnegan picked up a no-decision in his first game since being acquired by the Reds organization in a trade that sent Johnny Cueto to Kansas City. Finnegan gave up two runs on four hits in three innings.

The Bats trailed 2-0 in the sixth when the offense got going.   Brennan Boesch hit a two out RBI single to put the Bats on the board. Josh Satin then hit a two run home run to put Louisville ahead for good. Drew Hayes (4-2) picked up the victory, striking out two batters in three scoreless innings.

Louisville split the week’s four game set with the Knights.  The Bats open up a three game series with Toledo Friday.
