LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An art project is helping to splat out cancer.

The University of Louisville's James Graham Brown Cancer Center is teaming up with Benjamin Moore paints to Splat Out Cancer. On Aug. 29, for $25, people will be able to launch paint-filled balloons from catapults onto the wall of a Market Street building near 6th Street. The goal is to raise $1 million for cancer research.

They hope to launch over 1,000 balloons. The team is preparing to use over 50 gallons of paint.
