LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The street rods are back at the Kentucky Expo Center this weekend for The National Street Rods Association Nationals Plus in its 46th annual event.

If you're a fan of old cars, it has everything you'd want from muscle cars of the 60s and 70s to classics of the 50s -- even antique cars.

Robert Carpenter's loved old cars since he was a kid. He's in town showing off his 1969 Z-28 Camaro.

"It's not the kind of car you drive every day just for shows. In the 25 years it's probably had 5,000 miles put on it,"
Carpenter said. "People stop by and talk to you, it brings back memories they had one, they knew somebody who had one."

The event opens back up Sunday morning at 8:30. Tickets are $15 for adults and $6 for kids 6 to 12.
