LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) – It was not a good week for the Louisville Bats.

Louisville dropped its sixth straight loss Saturday, losing to Norfolk 1-0.The Bats went the full week (Sunday to Saturday) without picking up a win for the first time this season.

Christian Walker scored the game’s only run for the Tides, a solo homer off José De La Torre in the 6th inning.

The Bats offense was nowhere to be found Saturday. Chris Berset broke a no-hit bid from Norfolk pitcher Chris Jones in the sixth inning. The Bats finished with only two hits for the evening.

Louisville looks to avoid a three game sweep tomorrow when the two teams play one more time at Slugger Field. First pitch is scheduled for 6:05.
