One inmate captured as another inmate escapes from Blackburn Correctional Complex

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WDRB) -- Hours after one inmate is captured, another inmate escaped from the Blackburn Correctional Complex in Lexington. 

According to a news release, authorities at the prison noticed 26-year-old Justin Canada was missing around 9 a.m. Wednesday.

When last seen, Canada was wearing a khaki shirt and pants.

Canada was serving time for robbery and wanton endangerment.

Another inmate, Kelley Conway, was found Tuesday in Galveston, Texas after being on the run for nearly six months.

Conway was serving time at Blackburn for robbery. 

If you see Canada or have any information that could assist in his arrest, you're asked to call the Blackburn Correctional Complex at 859-246-2366 or Kentucky State Police at 502-227-2221.
