LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - For the second time in less than two months, the founder of Lebowski Fest, Why Louisville and Funtown Mountain has been arrested.

Will Russell, 39, was arrested by the Cave City Police Department in Barren County.

He's charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, among other charges.

Russell was arrested just last month in Louisville for possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.

He was booked into the Barren County Detention Center just after 7 p.m. Saturday night.
