Josh Young back in police custody

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Josh Young, the teen who was found not guilty of killing his stepbrother, has been arrested.

Metro Corrections officials say Young was picked up on an outstanding warrant.

The Louisville teen made national headlines in August 2013 after he was found not guilty of murdering his stepbrother, Trey Zwicker.

The charges are not yet known in the current case.

Young was booked into Metro Corrections on Thursday, according to the jail's website.

He previously served a 120-day sentence for retaliating against a witness in his murder trial.

Since he was acquitted on the murder charge, Young has had several run-ins with the law and faced charges related to incidents of assault, possession of synthetic cannabis, shoplifting and public intoxication.
