LOUISVILLE, Ky.(WDRB) -- Indiana education leaders are hoping a new mobile app will make communication between school officials and parents easier.
The app, called Indiana School Version 2.0, will allow school administrators to share information directly with parents and teachers with a smartphone or tablet.
The Indiana Department of Education says communicating effectively with parents has been a consistent challenge.
The DOE will be able to share relevant news, videos and school performance data.
