LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An 19-year-old man is being held on $150,000 bond after allegedly raping a girl he knew outside a Jeffersontown movie theater.

According to a police report, the 17-year-old victim told officers she met Justin A. Martin at the Stonybrook 20 cinema, located at 2745 South Hurstbourne Parkway, to see a movie around 7 p.m. Tuesday night.

The victim stated Martin took her behind some bushes and pulled down her pants against her will. She told officers she repeatedly told Martin to stop, but he raped her.

Detectives met with the victim at Norton Suburban Hospital, then brought Martin to the Jeffersontown Police Department, where he admitted having sex with the girl against her will.

Martin, who lives in the 4500 block of Taylorsville Road, was charged with first degree rape and is being held in Louisville Metro Corrections.
