POLICE: Louisville man accused of sexually abusing female victim
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police have arrested a man officials say sexually abused a female victim.
Guillermo Moeller, 25, was arrested Saturday morning in the 300 block of West Lee Street, near South 3rd Street, according to the official police report.
Authorities say officers initially responded to the area on a report of a sexual assault. Police say the victim gave an officer a description of a man who allegedly climbed into her vehicle while she was parking and began kissing her on the face.
Officials say the woman stated she was able to get away from her alleged attacker and walk up the street. Authorities say she was then followed by her alleged attacker and a second male, who did not assault her.
Investigators say the suspect followed her into an alley near 4th Street "and again forcibly grabbed her and forced her face to his and began kissing her against her will for sexual gratification."
Police say an officer was at the scene when the man exited the alley.
Officials say the victim identified Moeller as her attacker.
Authorities say a search by police uncovered "an item used for breaking car windows."
Moeller is charged with sexual abuse and possession of burglary tools.
He is being held at Louisville Metro Corrections and is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday.
