LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A 15-year-old girl is hit by a car, and she says the driver told her it was her fault before he took off.

Police are investigating the incident as a hit-and-run.

It happened at Norris Place and Alfresco Place near Bellarmine University on Thursday.

Allison Lockyear was crossing the street when she was hit. She says she rolled onto the hood of the car, fracturing her elbow.

"Then he comes and gets out of the car and was like, 'What are you doing? What were you thinking?' And I was in shock and scared, and then he just drove off."

Lockyear says the car was a blue convertible and the driver was in his mid-30s with brown hair.

If you have any information about the case, you're asked to call 574-LMPD.
