CRAWFORD | T-Will to TMZ: I never bought sex, because I didn't need to

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — In a strongly worded, profanity-laced response, former University of Louisville player Terrence Williams told the website that he was not a part of the alleged sex scandal that has shaken the University of Louisville basketball program.

In her book, “Breaking Cardinal Rules: Basketball and the Escort Queen,” former Louisville escort Katina Powell lists Williams as a former client, and writes of him, “Oh, and let’s not leave out Mr. T-Will, yes, Mr. Terrence Williams, people. Believe me, as cocky and arrogant as he was, he paid swell!! $ 500 for two girls.”

Some of the most detailed and extensive allegations in the book, in fact, involve Williams, whose last game at Louisville was in 2008-09, a year before Powell says she became involved with the Louisville program. She says Williams would call when he returned to town, and lists him for two transactions for a total of $1,500 in 2011.

She says on one occasion Williams paid $500 for two women, and on another she went to a Courtyard Marriott in Louisville to give him a massage.

Williams says he has his own lawyers looking into the matter, and strongly denied all the allegations, telling TMZ, “I am not a part of that. To Louisville I am (expletive) Elvis Presley. So why would I pay anybody for anything?"

Of Powell, Williams said, “"Nobody's gonna pay attention to a (expletive) searching for money. So you make up stuff, and you put out all these allegations. If my name's on anything, provide proof. At the end of the day when the smoke clears, she's going to go to jail. You need to be put under the (expletive) jail. You need to be put in a black (expletive) hole in Langley."

Williams also defended Pitino and Andre McGee, his former teammate, who is alleged to have paid escorts to have sex with Louisville recruits and players. For the full story, read here, (be warned about the language).
