LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Is a breakup on the way for Louisville-based Yum Brands?
Our partners at Business First report that the company, which owns KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut, is reviewing its options. It comes one week after Yum stock lost nearly 20 percent of its value in a single day.
That was mainly because of a bad performance within KFC's China operations.
Last month, one analyst called on Yum to spin-off its China business, and another recommended doing the same with Taco Bell, which is doing well.
