LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) – Now that’s more like it.

Western Kentucky’s high powered offense, which was stuck in neutral last week against LSU, returned to form Saturday as the Hilltoppers rolled to an easy 55-30 win over Old Dominion.

WKU managed only 20 points in the loss to the Tigers. They scored 21 in the second quarter against the Monarchs.

Central High School’s Anthony Wales led the way, scoring a career-high 4 touchdowns. He also had 185 yards on 16 carries.

Brandon Doughty passed for three touchdowns. He has now thrown for at least one score in 23 straight games.

The Hilltoppers moved to 7-2 on the season. They are now 5-0 in Conference USA action.
