LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Some worried parents in southern Indiana are getting some answers about safety at local schools.

A voice message from New Albany Floyd County Schools was sent on Wednesday morning to all parents in the district.

The message comes after threats were made on social media.

In the voice message, district officials say they believe the threats originated from outside the state. They also say they believe there is no current danger to any school in the district.

Police say they will continue to enhance security at schools as a precaution.
