Divers search quarry for missing UPS pilot

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The family of a missing UPS pilot says LMPD dive teams searched a quarry in East Louisville for his body Tuesday but didn't find anything.

James "Mike" Kimsey, 48, hasn't been seen since May.

The quarry is off Old Henry Road in Middletown.

Kimsey's family has hired a private investigator to help in the search.

They say he had been living in a home on Woodmont Park Lane with his wife and 7-year-old son.

In June, a UPS spokesperson said Kimsey was still with the company, but had been on medical leave after numerous surgeries.
