LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man is facing serious charges for allegedly harassing customers at a beauty salon on Bardstown Road.

According to the arrest report, it happened around 4 p.m. on Thursday at a salon in the 2400 block of Bardstown Road. Police say 36-year-old Damien Pulce would "confront women and yell at them and swing his arms." An employee says this has happened several times in the past. The employee says it has affected business because patrons are afraid of him.

According to the arresting officer, Pulce, "has been banned from every business I can think of on Bardstown Road."

The arrest report states that Pulce spit on the glass shield in the police cruiser several times before threatening to kill the arresting officer.

The arrest report also states that Pulce, "is often found incompetent to stand trial, and cases are dismissed without officer testimony."

Pulce is charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing and terroristic threatening.
