LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Authorities have arrested a man they say was causing a disturbance at the Louisville International Airport.

It happened Friday, just after 7 a.m.

According to an arrest report, police received several calls from airport passengers and employees about a man walking through the airport, "being disorderly."

Authorities say they they saw 42-year-old Howard W. Thacker, III walking around the airport without a boarding pass. When confronted by police, Thacker allegedly could not give a reason for being at the airport, so police asked him to leave.

Thacker refused, according to the arrest report, so police tried to arrest him, but he allegedly resisted, saying repeatedly that he is President of the United States. Police say he also tried to use his EBT card as a boarding pass.

He was eventually subdued and arrested. Thacker is charged with second degree trespassing, second degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
