LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Jefferson County Coroner's Office says a man found murdered at a homeless camp in May has been identified.

According to Deputy Coroner J. David Wood, William "Daryl" Crenshaw, 46, is the man who was found dead in a homeless camp near Herbert Avenue in Louisville earlier this year.

Wood says Crenshaw did not have a known address, but was found at the camp in Shively, which is located where Mill Creek meets the railroad tracks.

Police said then the man was murdered and the coroner's notice did not say differently.

Anyone with information about his death is asked to call 574-LMPD.
