LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two of four people charged in connection with the murder of an Austin, Indiana store owner appeared in court Thursday morning.

Patricia Caudill is charged with assisting a criminal and hindering an arrest.

For now, Ginger Cox is facing unrelated charges -- but she was ordered to stay in jail for 15 days, so prosecutors can decide if more charges are necessary .

Officers say 79-year-old John Turner was robbed and shot to death Saturday at John's Coin and Jewelry Shop. After searching a home near Austin, officers say they found money and jewelry tied to Turner's murder.

Christopher Caudill, James Caudill, Ginger Cox and Patricia Caudill were all arrested on various charges.

No one has been charged with murder yet.
