LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police have arrested a man they say burglarized a local grocery store and stole $2,250 worth of cigarettes.

According to an arrest report, it happened on Oct. 7, between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m., at the Mosaic Grocery on S. Preston Street, near E. Barbee Avenue. Police say 44-year-old Tony Joe Dunn forced open the front door of the business and stole 45 cartons of cigarettes.

Police say an accomplice identified Dunn, and surveillance video was also used to identify him.

Dunn, who was already under arrest on other charges, is charged with third degree burglary.
