LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Jeffersonville Police say a 12-year-old male 7th grader was arrested for allegedly making a bomb threat at a school in Clark County, Indiana.

Authorities say the River Valley Middle School student was arrested on Tuesday.

Officials say the threat was written on a bathroom wall last week, according to a social media post from Greater Clark County Schools.

As a result, Jeffersonville Police took action and monitored the school.

He is being held in the Clark County Juvenile Detention Center.

Police say the student faces felony intimidation charges and discipline from Clark County Schools.
