More people join lawsuit against Katina Powell

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- More people are adding their names to a lawsuit against Katina Powell.

Nine people initially filed suit, including five women who say they were named in "Breaking Cardinal Rules." Last week, another woman joined in, claiming she never danced for U of L basketball recruits or players, and never gave permission for her photo to be used in the book.

The lawsuit continues to grow.

A fifth U of L student claims the book is negatively impacting the university's reputation, and is therefore hurting her future job opportunities.

In total, 11 people are part of the lawsuit.
