LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say they've arrested four people after drugs were found in a home on Taylor Boulevard.

It happened on Tuesday afternoon, just before 5 p.m., at a home near the intersection of Taylor Boulevard and Lehigh Avenue. Police say they executed a search warrant at the home. The target of the warrant, according to police, was 41-year-old Lisa M. Burkhead, who is listed as a resident of that address.

During the search, officers allegedly found -- among other things -- heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana and mushrooms.

Emmett Hathaway, age 36, is also listed as a resident of the home, according to arrest reports. Both he and Burkhead were taken into custody.

Police say 31-year-old Tara Cassidy Tanzey pulled up to the home in a vehicle, and a police K9 indicated the presence of drugs. Inside the vehicle, police allegedly found a pink, black and green bag containing four bags of methamphetamine, one bag of Xanax, pills, scales and bags "for packaging narcotics."

Additionally, police say they saw 37-year-old Jason D. Hager going in and out of the house. He allegedly agreed to be searched. According to the arrest report, officers found a bottle containing several Xanax bars. Inside his vehicle -- which Hager also gave police permission to search, according to the report -- police allegedly found methamphetamine, a scale and small baggies.

Police arrested Burkhead, Hathaway, Tanzey and Hager. All four of them are charged with trafficking in a controlled substance. They are currently being held in Louisville Metro Corrections.
