From time to time, I like to imagine what I would do if I had unlimited powers and I ruled the world.
So here's what I would do:
If I ruled the world, someone from ISIS would have to come forward and explain exactly what it is they're trying to accomplish besides murdering as many innocent people in the most brutal ways possible and destroying historical artifacts. I sincerely don't know. What world do they envision if they win their war against…well…everybody?
If I ruled the world, everyone with a handicapped sticker would be reminded that the sticker is for a person, not the car. If the person who needs the handicapped tag isn't in the car, you are not entitled to use it. In my world, every healthy person would be too embarrassed to abuse a handicapped sticker and would self-regulate their behavior.
If I ruled the world, the East End tunnel would be named, "Man's Monument to Stupidity." We dug this tunnel to preserve an old house. No one famous slept there. No important documents were signed there. No battles were fought on the land, yet foolishly -- stupidly -- we wasted $300 million to tunnel under the house someone tried to claim was historic. Now the house sits empty and possibly abandoned. And we are idiots.
What would you do or change if you ruled the world? Call and tell us.
I'm Bill Lamb, and that's my Point of View.
