LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man has been arrested after police say he was caught fondling a woman near an ATM.
According to an arrest report, it happened near the corner of S. 4th Street and W. Broadway, just after 9 a.m. on Thursday.
Police say they were sent to the scene after receiving reports that there was a man harassing people at an ATM at that location. When they arrived, they allegedly saw 34-year-old Akile Sakura grabbing the buttocks of a woman who walked by with a stroller. According to the arrest report, the woman was "very alarmed" by Sakura's behavior.
He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and third degree sexual abuse for that incident. Afterward, he was charged with two more counts of third degree sexual assault in connection with two incidents that allegedly occurred before officers arrived, in which he grabbed two other victims "in a sexual way."
He is currently being held in Louisville Metro Corrections.
