LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say a Louisville man used an assault rifle to rob a tattoo shop.

According to an arrest warrant, it happened on Nov. 27 at a tattoo shop in the 4300 block of Fegengush Lane. Police say 23-year-old Fabian D. Ralston Jr. entered the shop with an accomplice. The arrest slip then states that Ralston pulled an "assault rifle out of his pants and pointed it" at the victims. Police say Ralston and his accomplice demanded cash and cell phones before running from the business.

Police say the victims recognized Ralston because he lives in their neighborhood.

Ralston was arrested on Dec. 4. He is charged with one count of first degree robbery. He is being held at Louisville Metro Corrections on a $15,000 bond.
