JCPS holds job fair to fill dozens of vacant positions

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Help is wanted at Jefferson County Public Schools.

The district is hosting a large job fair to fill dozens of vacant positions. The job fair is happening today until 2 p.m. inside the VanHoose Education Center.

JCPS is looking for substitute and full-time teachers, bus monitors and drivers, food servers, librarians, clerks and other full and part-time positions. A JCPS spokesperson says they're hoping to hire recent college graduates and other top-notch candidates.

Applicants may have opportunities for on-site interviews during the job fair. To participate in an interview, you have to submit an application and provide a copy of a resume. A computer area is available for people who want to apply online.
