PADUCAH, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky State Police say two inmates who escaped from the Keaton Correctional Institution in Paducah, Kentucky have been captured. Police say a third person was also arrested.

Authorities were looking for 33-year-old Everett Tabor and 21-year-old Chancelor Britt, according to a Kentucky State Police news release.

Police say troopers received information on the pair's whereabouts and they were found traveling on Interstate 69 in Caldwell County. Authorities say troopers conducted a felony traffic stop on a vehicle and took the men into custody just before 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Randi Essawi was also in the vehicle and taken into custody, according to police. Essawi is charged with facilitation of escape.

Officials say Tabor is now charged with escape. Tabor was serving time for meth trafficking and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, according to police.

Kentucky State Police say Britt is a parolee who was staying at the facility.

Officials say Britt is on parole for a wanton endangerment conviction.

Police say all three are being held at the McCracken County Jail.
