LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Almost the entirety of Crothersville, Indiana was without power Wednesday night, according to Duke Energy's outage map.

A spokesperson for the company said the outage was caused by a semi truck hitting a utility pole. She said it happened around 8:35 p.m., which is when reports of outage started to come in.

The map reported 600 customers were without power, encompassing almost all of the geographic area of the town. The spokesperson said the company began restoring power shortly after 10 p.m. and would complete the process by about midnight.
