FRANKFORT, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky State Police troopers searched a state office building Wednesday morning after reports of a person with a gun, but they found nothing "credible," a dispatcher said.

The Cabinet for Health and Family Services was evacuated before 11 a.m., spokeswoman Jill Midkiff said in an email.

The Capital Plaza Tower also was briefly placed on lockdown, Dick Brown, spokesman for the Energy and Environment Cabinet, said on Twitter.
