LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A woman who served probation after killing two people in a DUI crash has found herself once again on the wrong side of the law.

On Monday, Rebecca Johnson faced a judge on charges of being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Her attorney entered a not guilty plea for her.

Johnson was the driver in a DUI crash in 2006 that killed two people. She was sentenced to 20 years, but given probation.

She was also arrested in 2010 on drug charges.

She's due back in court next month on the latest charges.
