LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- JCPS spokesperson Bonnie Hackbarth says graffiti sprayed painted on the exterior of Fairdale High School poses "no credible threat."

Hackbarth declined to say exactly what was spray painted on the wall of the school, but workers removed it with power washers early Saturday morning. The graffiti was covered up before it was removed. A WDRB camera was only able to capture the words "CAN'T SAVE" on the wall as workers lifted the cover to remove the words.

It's not clear who spray painted the graffiti or when.

Hackbarth says there are cameras and that officials are investigating.

Hackbarth also said that defacing public property could result in prosecution.
