UPDATE: Deputy coroner identifies 1-year-old child found dead in Louisville
Police say the child died at a home in the 5300 block of Hames Trace, near Bardstown Road and Hurstbourne Parkway.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Jefferson County Deputy Coroner has released the name of a 1-year-old child who was found dead in Louisville.
The child was Colson Wiley, according to Deputy Coroner Scott Russ.
The LMPD Homicide Unit is investigating the death.
Police say the child died at a home in the 5300 block of Hames Trace, near Bardstown Road and Hurstbourne Parkway. Russ says the child died Sunday around 2:30 p.m.
Police say there are currently no obvious signs of foul play.
An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
