LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Shively police officer shot on Friday remains in the hospital.

Shively police say Officer Wes Singleton is still in stable condition, and it's not clear when he will be released.

Singleton was shot four times while serving a drug warrant Friday.

Officials say Kenneth Probus -- the suspect accused of shooting Singleton -- is also still at University Hospital. His condition is unknown.

The LMPD public integrity unit is investigating and charges against Probus are expected.
