No injuries reported after house fire in Shawnee neighborhood

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- No one was injured in a house fire this morning in the Shawnee neighborhood. 

MetroSafe confirms the call came in about the fire in the 100 block of N. 42nd Street near Duncan Street just after 8:30 a.m. 

Everyone inside the house escaped without injuries. 

No other homes were affected. 

There's no word yet on what caused the fire.
