LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- It seems Louisville has made a habit of topping lists about places to travel and eat, but now it's on a list of the 50 best things to do in the south -- three times.

Southern Living compiled a list of the best things to do in the south right now and Louisville landed on the list three times.

Coming in at number 13 is Louisville's link to Indiana, the Big Four Bridge.

"The Big Four Bridge, once a railway crossing over the Ohio River, opened as a bicycle and pedestrian bridge in May 2014, linking Kentucky and Indiana. louisvillewaterfront.com," the article states.

Following right behind, at number 14, is the new underground bike park in Louisville's Mega Cavern.

"A former limestone mine, the Louisville Mega Cavern opened with zip lines and challenge bridges in 2009 and recently added 45 bike trails that cover 320,000 square feet–and it's all a cool 100 feet below ground."

And barely making the list at number 49 is the 10th anniversary of Louisville's museum-hotel, 21 C, which has since expanded to include locations in other cities -- including Cincinnati.

"The small Louisville-based chain marries boutique hotels to art museums. 21cmuseumhotels.com."
