After 19 hours stranded on a Pennsylvania highway, Ky. students return from D.C. trip

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- After 19 hours stranded on a Pennsylvania highway, a group of students is finally back home in Owensboro.

More than two dozen teens were heading to Washington D.C. for the March for Life rally.

The trip took a turn for the worse when a blizzard slammed the east coast.

"It was interesting. It was an experience. But I don't regret any of it. I would do it all over again if it meant that it could save one family and one baby's life," Regan Neal said.

The bus was able to hit the road yesterday morning.

All the students were happy to be reunited with their families.
