LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man accused of setting computers in his home on fire was brought before a judge Wednesday morning.

Kentucky State Police were trying to execute a search warrant on child pornography charges yesterday when police say 47-year-old Sean Elston set some of the alleged evidence on fire.

Investigators say they are still able to find child porn on the devices.

In court this morning, Elston was ordered to have no contact with children, and to not use computers.

He is charged with arson, wanton endangerment, possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, and tampering with physical evidence. His bond was set at $100,000.
