Free HIV tests available in Louisville
The testing is offered as part of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness is offering free HIV testing Sunday.
The tests are being offered from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Chestnut Street YMCA.
The testing is being offered as part of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day.
Tests will be done using a mouth swab, so blood will not be drawn.
Results should be available about 20 minutes after the test is given.
