Louisville man accused of sexual misconduct with teen
Police in Corydon, Indiana have arrested a Louisville man for alleged sexual misconduct with a minor.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police in Corydon, Indiana have arrested a Louisville man for alleged sexual misconduct with a minor.
According to a news release from Indiana State Police, 28-year-old Joseph Tindle, from Louisville turned himself in to Harrison County Jail authorities after an investigation completed by Trooper Chris Tucker of the Indiana State Police.
During the investigation police say trooper Tucker learned Tindle was allegedly exchanging text messages and photos of a sexual nature with a 15-year-old girl from Harrison County. Trooper Tucker also found out that Tindle and the teen had met at a party in Harrison County, and that Tindle allegedly knew the female was only 15.
Tindle is charged with sexual misconduct with a minor, child solicitation, and dissemination of matter harmful to minors.
