LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Detectives with the Bullitt County Drug Task Force have arrested a man after they found drugs and money during a traffic stop -- but he bonded out the same day.

Police say they stopped a vehicle early Friday morning. They carried out a search warrant and found about eight pounds of marijuana and $30,410 in cash.

Jamel Bishop, 38, was arrested after the traffic stop.

The Bullitt County Drug Task Force has been conducting a multi-state case involving the distribution of marijuana.

On Friday afternoon, WDRB News learned that Bishop was on the street again, after paying a $1,000 full-cash bond.
