CARROLL COUNTY, Ky. (WDRB) -- Three women claim they were sexually assaulted at Carroll County Memorial Hospital last year by the same doctor.

One of them says the experience was so traumatic it's something she will never forget.

"I said 'I'm just here to get a transfusion of antibiotics’. And he said 'I'll take care of you' and he patted me on my knee," said the woman, recounting what she says happened to her in May 2015.

We’re not identifying her to protect her identity. The woman says she ended up in the ER at Carroll County Memorial Hospital for pneumonia.

After being admitted, she said Dr. Benjamin Kutnicki walked in the room, turned down the lights, and starting touching her face.

"Going around my shoulder and then he come down onto my breast," she said. “It's very, very embarrassing to even talk about."

The woman says Kutnicki picked up both of her breasts and slapped them. That’s when she screamed to the nurses for help.

"I hollered and said 'come in here and get him out of my room.' I was screaming, I said 'get him out of my room,' and the nurse pushed the door open and I said 'get him the hell out of my room.'"

She says after filling out a comment card, she never heard back from CCMH. She’s now suing the hospital and Dr. Kutnicki.

Another woman is suing him too, claiming the same thing happened to her just a few months later.

There's now a third woman recalling a similar incident with the same doctor.

"The ladies who contacted me initially had as their primary concern, ensuring that this didn't happen to other women, to other citizens in their community," said attorney Mat Slechter.

Slechter says he's since filed a grievance with the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure. WDRB contacted the agency and filed an open records request for Kutnicki’s file, but did not hear back by the time of this posting.

Kutnicki has not been charged with a crime.

The woman we spoke with just hopes sharing her story protects others.

"He scared me, he scared me real bad," she said. “What that old man done to me shouldn't be done to nobody. Nobody!"

WDRB called Dr. Kutnicki's office as well as his attorney, but neither had responded by the time of this posting.

We also called the hospital. The administrator said she had no comment and then hung up.
