LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say they've arrested a woman accused of robbing an area business.

According to an arrest report, 52-year-old Laura Carrier walked into the Cash Express on Brownsboro Road, near N. Ewing Avenue, just before 4 p.m. on Jan. 6, armed with a knife.

Police say she demanded cash -- but drove away in a gold Pontiac before getting it.

She has since been arrested at her apartment.

Carrier is charged with first degree robbery.
