LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Fort Knox solider now faces a murder charge after a man has died in a car crash.

Martin Barrington was arraigned Tuesday and indicted on charges of murder, assault and DUI.

In December, Radcliff Police say Barrington drove into a home. One of his passengers, also a Fort Knox soldier, died. Another passenger was injured.

No one inside the home was hurt.

Barrington was originally charged with DUI, assault, and manslaughter.
