LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The 'all-clear' notice has been given after Clarksville High School students and staff were temporarily relocated, due to a possible threat, according to a statement from Clarksville Community Schools. That threat has since been determined to be unfounded.

The Clarksville Police Department says students were evacuated from the building Thursday and taken to a "safe area" as a precaution when school officials were made aware of a threat.

The threat was unfounded after a search by school employees, fire officials and police officers, and students were returned to their normal school schedule.

Clarksville Police say they are investigating the case as a felony and the "individual involved will be prosecuted to full extent of the law."
