LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A person has been arrested for robbery and kidnapping in connection with two incidents on March 10, according to La Grange police.

Detectives had been searching for a man two women said tried to force his way into their cars. Police say Patrick Moore is that suspect.

In one incident, Moore was able to get into a woman's car at a Walmart and forced her, at gunpoint, to drive him to a bank to withdraw $300 from her account before having her drop him off at the Oldham County Library.

Earlier, at a Planet Fitness, Police say Moore pointed a gun at a woman, but she drove away before he was able to get into her car. Officials released surveillance of that incident, asking for help identifying the suspect.

Police say Moore was arrested on unrelated charges by Kentucky State Police on March 11 in Sligo, Ky. He was charged then with possession of a gun by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Moore has been charged with 2 counts of Robbery (one count attempted), 2 counts of Kidnapping (one count attempted), 2 counts of Convicted Felon in Possession of Firearm, 2 counts of Wanton Endangerment.

Anyone with information concerning this case is asked to contact the LaGrange Police Department at (502) 225-0444 or the LaGrange Police Tip-Line at (502) 873-8945.
