LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Louisville Free Public Library celebrated the newly renovated historic Iroquois Library today.
The community was invited to explore all of the branch's new upgrades.
Some of those include a new teen zone and a self-check out area.
"We recently had our 75th anniversary, and of course there's been some renovations since the building came into being, notably there was an addition in 1990," said branch manager Valerie Viers. "But it was time for an update."
The library's children's area was also enhanced during the renovation.
