LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The death toll in Belgium has risen to 34 following attacks on the Brussels airport and a subway station.

Family members tell WKYT in Lexington that Stephanie and Justin Shults are among the missing in Belgium. The couple have been living and working in the Brussels area.

Stephanie Shults' mother, Carolyn Moore, had been visiting her daughter and son-in-law the week before the attacks. Moore was inside the Brussels airport waiting for her flight home to Kentucky when the explosion took place.

According to her sister, Betty Newsom, Moore was knocked off her feet by the blast but was not seriously hurt.

Moore has not been able to reach her daughter or son-in-law since the attacks.
